Dormitory rules document builder

Choose only the sections your dormitory needs. The document renumbers itself every time a section is switched off, so the printed copy stays clean after a policy change.

  1. 01 Set

    Name the place and policy

Enter the company, dormitory, effective date and practical site settings. The fields are inputs for your own policy, not statements of local law.

  2. 02 Select

    Keep only the live sections

Use the section checkboxes to include or remove clauses. The document numbering is calculated from the sections that remain selected.

  3. 03 Print

    Sign the version you publish

Read the assembled document with the site team, print it, and keep the acknowledgement signatures with the version that was issued.

Questions to check

Keep the rules document practical, current and easy for a resident to acknowledge.

Why does the numbering close up when I remove a section?

The document is assembled from the selected sections and numbers that final list from one. It never stores a permanent number beside a clause, so removing a middle section does not leave a gap.

Can the rules be used as a statement of local law?

No. The fields and clauses are a configurable company document. Check the current local requirements and the customer’s social-audit standard before issuing it.

What should the disciplinary ladder contain?

Use the three editable steps for the response your company can apply consistently, such as a conversation, a written record and a final management review. Align the wording with local employment requirements.

Can visitor policy differ by dormitory?

Yes. The dormitory name, gate hours and visitor setting are inputs, so one company can prepare separate documents for different sites or buildings.

Does the builder store our policy?

No. It runs entirely in this browser, makes no network request and stores nothing. Print the final version and manage it through your normal document-control process.
